Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for receiving service calls from customers and assigning a field technician to the case. You will help with all aspects of customer service, while presenting a professional and positive impression. You will be expected to make some independent decisions in prioritizing customer requests.

Essential Activities:

  • Achieve and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Receive incoming customer service calls and complaints
  • To handle all calls in a manner in which resolutions will best be achieved
  • To assign technicians to calls based on territory, proximity, and priority
  • To schedule technicians for tasks other than service calls such as helping with installations and inspections at major accounts
  • To assist customers directly or indirectly with issues that may not be service related
  • To assist the service manager with various reports- some on a daily basis
  • To practice total customer care
