Position: Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time        

Location: Gainesville, Georgia

 

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for receiving service calls from customers and assigning a field technician to the case. You will help with all aspects of customer service, while presenting a professional and positive impression. You will be expected to make some independent decisions in prioritizing customer requests.

 

Essential Activities:

·        Achieve and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction

·        Receive incoming customer service calls and complaints

·        To handle all calls in a manner in which resolutions will best be achieved

·        To assign technicians to calls based on territory, proximity, and priority

·        To schedule technicians for tasks other than service calls such as helping with installations and inspections at major accounts

·        To assist customers directly or indirectly with issues that may not be service related

·        To assist the service manager with various reports- some on a daily basis

·        To practice total customer care
